  Instant delivery of messages, updated DND list, web based application that can be plugged-in with Excel. No upfront costs and lowest charges per SMS.
• Is there a limit to how many numbers I can send at one time?
  You can approximately send bulk SMS to 10000 mobile numbers in a single shot. However, there is no restriction as far as number of messages that can be sent in a single day.
• How can I make a payment for SMS credit?
  You can make payment for SMS credit either through credit card or internet banking for instant credit. There is also a provision to make payment through Demand Draft and CQ.
• How long does it take before credits bought are added to my account?
  If you have made the payment either through credit card or internet banking, you’ll receive the SMS credit instantly. However, if the payment is made through DD or CQ, you’ll receive the SMS credit as and when the amount is realised.
• I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
  You can retrieve your password by using the ‘forgot password’ option below ‘login’ button of login page. All you got to do is to provide your email address or username that was used at the time of registration.
• How do I manage my contacts/phonebook?
  You can first upload all your contacts into the web based software using contacts file or do it manually by adding one by one. You can always remove or edit contacts as & when required through the software interface.

  This error appears only when you’ve not entered your user name & password on the toolbar setting menu of Mantra. Please enter the details to avoid this error.

  You can find your sender ID by logging into MySmsMantra.in website. You’ll notice it in the welcome page itself.

  Possible reasons could be that the desired number is in DND list or is out of coverage area for longer duration.
