Dear Valued Customer,

We have received notice from all our operators that the Department of
Telecom (DoT) has issued a directive for all operators to ban Bulk SMS
and MMS traffic for the next 15 days.

Referring to the attached notifications from DOT with respect to
banning of all kinds of Bulk SMS services you are requested to go
through the notification properly and strictly adhere to the
notification.

As per the notification, messages pertaining to Banking and Financial
institutional alerts and Railway notification will only be allowed to
be sent through transactional connectivity.

Given the stringent nature of this restriction, some or all of
transactional messages of Banking and Financial institutions may get
dropped.

This ban will be enforced with immediate effect.

Any one failing to adhere to the notification and breaching the
notification will be dealt with severe penalty.

Please ensure compliance with the above regulation.

We will update you once the ban is lifted.
